ALJ Grant and ALJ Logan issue ruling in UE 118 & UE 119: DISPOSITION: PROCEDURAL SCHEDULES SUSPENDED On January 5, 2001, Portland General Electric Company, PacifiCorp, Citizens' Utility Board, Industrial Customers of Northwest Utilities, PG&E National Energy Group, Associated Oregon Industries and the Fred Meyer Stores filed a joint petition. The petition seeks the immediate adoption of a temporary rule amending the date by which the Commission must make its decision regarding resource plans (OAR 860-038-0080(4)), the opening of a rulemaking docket to make the amended rule permanent, and the suspension of the procedural schedules in UE 118 and UE 119. The Commission must decide whether to adopt a temporary rule and whether to open a rulemaking docket. Therefore, that portion of the petition will be discussed at the next regularly scheduled Commission meeting on January 23, 2001.
