  Order No:   00-647
  Description
Supplemental Order No. 00-647 signed by Chairman Ron Eachus, Commissioner Roger Hamilton, and Commissioner Joan H. Smith. Disposition: Order No. 00-580 Amended. In Order No. 00-580, the Commission adopted three stipulations that increased the annual revenue requirement for PacifiCorp's Oregon electric operations in the amount of $13,625,000, or about 1.8 percent. The order directed PacifiCorp to file revised tariffs consistent with the terms of the stipulations, to be effective October 1, 2000. In adopting the stipulations, we neglected to address the tariffs PacifiCorp filed with its original application on November 5, 1999. The order should have indicated that the original tariffs were permanently suspended. Accordingly, the ordering paragraph of Order No. 00-580 is amended to read: IT IS ORDERED that the stipulations, attached as Appendices A through C, are adopted. PacifiCorp shall file revised tariffs consistent with the stipulations to be effective October 1, 2000. PacifiCorp's original tariffs, filed as Advice No. 99-010 on November 5, 1999, are permanently suspended. The remainder of the order is unchanged. Copies served to UE 111 Service List via mail 10/20/00.

ALJ Grant issues memorandum. On September 7, 2000, PacifiCorp, ICNU, CUB, Watson, and Staff filed a stipulation in this docket intended to resolve all remaining revenue requirement, rate spread, and rate design issues in this docket.
