PacifiCorp's Advice No. 23-004, Schedule 291, System Benefits Charge. The purpose of this filing is to update Schedule 291, System Benefits Charge (Schedule 291), to include recovery of the incremental costs associated with implementation and administration of the Community Benefits and Impacts Advisory Group (CBIAG) and establish an automatic adjustment clause to recover these costs, and to update the amounts collected through the schedule to fund the Company's demand response programs.
