The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) granted petitions to intervene from Oregon Steel Mills, Industrial Customers of Northwest Utilities, and Fred Meyer Stores and Quality Food Centers, Divisions of Kroger Co. The ALJ also granted a motion pro hac vice from Michael L. Kurtz, Esq., to participate as counsel for intervenor Fred Meyer Stores and Quality Food Centers, Divisions of the Kroger Co. Parties agreed to the following schedule, which is adopted: Late September/early October=Public Comment Hearings/Portland; October 5, 2000=Settlement Conference; October 16, 2000=Status Conference; November 2, 2000=Staff and Intervenors File Testimony; November 7, 2000=Settlement Conference; November 16, 2000=PGE Files Rebuttal Testimony; November 21, 2000=Settlement Conference; December 5-6, 2000=Hearing/ Expedited Briefing Schedule; January 1, 2001=Rates Become Effective.
