Description
PGE Supplemental Filing of Advice No. 26-16, Rule F Credit Balance Language Update. In this second supplemental filing, PGE seeks to restate our original intent for this Rule F adjustment, which is to prevent "refunds" of excess energy assistance payments provided directly to customers, regardless of source of the funding. Instead, PGE recommends that excess dollars remain on the customer account to help offset future bills and changes the Effective Date to May 13, 2026. |

Description
PGE Advice No. 26-16, Rule F Credit Balance Language Update. This filing updates language in Rule F, Section 5-H (Credit Balance) of PGE's tariff. The intent is to align tariff language with a request from the Oregon Department of Health and Community Services' (OHCS) to hold credit balances on customer accounts in instances when payments from the Oregon Energy Assistance Program (OEAP) are larger than the amount owed on the customer's bill. |
