  Description
PGE Second Supplemental Filing of Advice No. 21-38, Schedule 136 Oregon Community Solar Program Cost Recovery Mechanism Methodology of Bill Credits. PGE initially filed Advice No. 21-38 on November 12, 2021 with a requested effective date of January 1, 2022. PGE then submitted a Supplemental Filing on December 2, 2021, because after submission PGE noticed that the methodology submitted in the work papers did not align with PGE's latest methodology to price Direct Access Customers priced at the equivalent cost of service as approved by the Commission on October 20, 2020 in Docket No. ADV 1170 (PGE Advice No. 20-22). PGE is submitting this Supplemental Filing at the request of Staff to extend the requested effective date of January 1, 2022 to April 20, 2022. This extension will allow Staff to conduct a workshop process with all utilities to determine a common methodology to calculate the incremental cost of subscribed energy and make a recommendation to the Commission.
