Description
PGE Advice No. 21-16, Schedule 5 Residential Direct Load Control Pilot Update. PGE seeks to revise Schedule 5 Residential Direct Load Control Pilot to address situations where the value of a thermostat at the time of purchase is lower than $25. Given current thermostat prices and Energy Efficiency incentives, a final thermostat price (after rebates) could be lower than $25 when purchased via PGE's Marketplace, resulting in an incentive to the customer that is lower than $25.
