Description
Supplemental Order No. 00-647 signed by Chairman Ron Eachus, Commissioner Roger Hamilton, and Commissioner Joan H. Smith. Disposition: Order No. 00-580 Amended.
In Order No. 00-580, the Commission adopted three stipulations that increased the annual revenue requirement for PacifiCorp's Oregon electric operations in the amount of $13,625,000, or about 1.8 percent. The order directed PacifiCorp to file revised tariffs consistent with the terms of the stipulations, to be effective October 1, 2000.
In adopting the stipulations, we neglected to address the tariffs PacifiCorp filed with its original application on November 5, 1999. The order should have indicated that the original tariffs were permanently suspended. Accordingly, the ordering paragraph of Order No. 00-580 is amended to read:
IT IS ORDERED that the stipulations, attached as Appendices A through C, are adopted. PacifiCorp shall file revised tariffs consistent with the stipulations to be effective October 1, 2000. PacifiCorp's original tariffs, filed as Advice No. 99-010 on November 5, 1999, are permanently suspended.
The remainder of the order is unchanged.

Description
ALJ Grant issues memorandum. On September 7, 2000, PacifiCorp, ICNU, CUB, Watson, and Staff filed a stipulation in this docket intended to resolve all remaining revenue requirement, rate spread, and rate design issues in this docket. The parties, which represent all of the parties that have filed testimony in this docket and participated in settlement conferences, agree to a total annual revenue requirement increase for PacifiCorp's Oregon electric operations in the amount of $13,625,000. The parties ask the Commission to issue an order adopting the stipulation in time for PacifiCorp's revised tariff schedules incorporating the annual revenue requirement increase to go in effect for service on and after October 1, 2000. The parties submitted the stipulation and supporting testimony into the record at the September 8, 2000 hearing.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to OAR 860-014-0085(5), any party may file written objections to the stipulation. Any written objection must be filed with the Commission by end of business on September 15, 2000. Copies served 9/8/00. |
