PGE Advice No. 26-15, IBEW Local 125 Labor Rate Update. The purpose of this filing adjusts the labor rates per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 125. Annually, the rates for labor and loadings are adjusted pursuant to the CBA and effective on March 1. The Labor Rate under Schedules 91, 95, 491, 495, 591 and 595, applies to municipalities, and state and federal agencies who have PGE replace non-repairable luminaires not owned by PGE.
