The purpose of this tariff revision is to adjust the language in Rule F requiring the Company to assess a Service Connection Charge at the time service is connected and a Field Visit Charge when a Company representative visits a service address intending to disconnect service, but due to customer action, the representative is unable to complete the disconnection at the time of the visit.
