| About eDockets |
|
eDockets is a web-based program that provides the capability for the public to access,
search and download pertinent information relating to dockets and tariff filings
via the internet. It consists of the following:

There is also a link to Published Orders on the eDockets menu.
Please note, while information about tariff filings is available in eDockets,
the actual filing is not posted on this website. Some companies post tariff sheets
on their websites.

Docket/Tariff Search
There are actually four types of searches on this page.
On the right side, there are three ways to find an individual docket or tariff record.
Search by Docket Number
Search by Order Number
Search by Tariff Advice Number
NOTE: If an order or advice # applies to multiple dockets, you will get a list
from which you can select the one you want.
The left side of the screen is the Criteria Search.
From here you can find all DOCKETS (by default limited to OPEN dockets),
all TARIFFS (by default limited to PENDING tariffs),
dockets within a particular CATEGORY (prefix),
dockets and/or tariffs for a particular UTILITY COMPANY (or provider).
You can use any combination of the above,
and may restrict your search to a RANGE OF DATES
(default is past month if “yes” is selected).

Utility Company Search
This page includes two types of searches.
The top search is a simple name search.
Type all or part of the name to find a company
(NOTE, do not use abbreviations, for example to find PGE, search for
PORTLAND, or PORTLAND GENERAL ELECTRIC).
The bottom allows you to search for a type of company.
Choose the Industry, then you may further limit it to a type of regulation.
Click on the corresponding drop-downs to see what options you have.
If you choose Competitive Provider (Telephone),
you may further limit the list to showing only Competitive Local Exchange Companies (CLEC’s).

Daily Filings
Daily filings includes all DOCKETS that were opened for the week/date selected,
and all the TARIFFS that were filed during the week/date selected.
You may choose a pre-defined week of filings, or select a particular day.
If there were no filings during the date/week selected, a message to that effect will appear on the screen.
From the result list, you may click on the link to go to the Docket/Tariff Summary.

Hearing Calendar
The Hearing Calendar list includes details about upcoming hearings and meetings.
You may choose to view hearings and meetings for the current week,
or any of the next seven weeks.
If there were no items during the date/week selected, a message to that effect will appear on the screen.
From the result list, you may click on the link to go to the Docket/Tariff Summary.

eDockets Reports
Most information in eDockets is easily available using one of the above searches.
However, there are a couple of pre-defined reports that are available on the
Reports menu.
The Reports menu also includes a link to the section about Major Open Dockets.

Published Orders
Most Oregon Public Utility Commission orders since 1995 are published on the PUC website.
The Published Orders item on the eDockets menu is a link to these orders.
Commission orders of a routine nature are not available on the site.
