ORDER |
DISPOSITION: CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE RESCINDED; APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION GRANTED
On June 6, 1996, TTI National, Inc., (TTI) was granted a certificate of authority to provide telecommunications service in Oregon as a competitive provider. See Order No. 96-142. On February 16, 1999, the Commission issued Order No. 99-174 cancelling TTI’s certificate because it did not file annual reports as required by OAR 860-032-0060(2)(a).
On April 16, 1999, TTI filed its 1998 annual report. On April 19, 1999, TTI filed an application for reconsideration of Order No. 99-174 and submitted its annual report for 1997. TTI noted that it has taken steps to ensure future timely filing of its annual reports.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that:
Made, entered, and effective ____________________________.The application for reconsideration of Order No. 99-174 is granted.
The cancellation of the certificate of authority to provide telecommunications services held by TTI National, Inc., is rescinded.
