DISPOSITION: FILING WITHDRAWN; DOCKET CLOSED
On March 18, 1999, Central Lincoln People’s Utility District (CLPUD) filed an application for exclusively served territory regarding an area which may be generally described as located in the western portion of Douglas County and including most of the City of Reedsport and the City of Gardiner. After the Commission issued a notice of the application, International Paper Company and Douglas Electric Cooperative, Inc., filed requests for hearing. On May 5, 1999, CLPUD filed a letter withdrawing the application. There is no reason to pursue this matter further.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that docket UA 69 is closed.
