DISPOSITION: CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE RESCINDED
At its May 18, 1999, Public Meeting, the Commission considered Staff’s recommendation to reinstate the certificate of authority to provide telecommunications services held by Nynex Long Distance. Staff indicated that the certificate was cancelled in error at a public meeting on February 2, 1999.
We have reviewed the Staff report attached to this order and conclude that the Staff recommendation should be adopted.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the cancellation of the certificate of authority to provide telecommunications services held by Nynex Long Distance is rescinded.

SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Commission rescind the cancellation of Nynex Long Distance Certificate of Authority
DISCUSSION:
In the public meeting of February 2, 1999, the Commission adopted the staff recommendation to cancel certificates of authority for 98 telecommunications competitive providers who did not submit annual reports as required by OAR 860-032.
The certificate of authority for Nynex Long Distance (CP 202) was inadvertently
included with the group of certificates to be canceled.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends that the Commission rescind its decision at the Public Meeting of February 2, 1999, to cancel the certificate of authority for Nynex Long Distance (CP 202).
