DISPOSITION: PETITION DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE
On March 31, 1998, parties to UM 790 and UC 335 convened for a prehearing conference. At the conference, U S WEST Communications, Inc., moved to dismiss its petition to amend Order No. 94-1055. Commission Staff had no objection to the motion, and the Administrative Law Judge granted it.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that U S WEST Communication, Inc.’s petition to amend Order No. 94-1055 is dismissed without prejudice, and the docket UM 790 is closed.
