On January 15, 1997, Pacific Telecom, Inc. (PTI), filed Advice No. 174. The Commission suspended that tariff. On April 12, 1997, PTI filed Advice No. 176. It also requested in that filing that the Commission allow PTI to withdraw Advice No. 174.
The Commission considered this matter at its public meeting on May 13, 1997. Its Staff presented a report recommending that the Commission allow Advice No. 176 to go into effect and permit PTI to withdraw Advice No. 174. The Commission adopted Staff’s recommendation. Staff’s memorandum is attached as Appendix A.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Advice No. 176 is allowed to go into effect May 14, 1997.
2. Advice No. 174 is withdrawn.
