DISPOSITION: TERRITORY ALLOCATION DESCRIPTIONS ACCEPTED
In Order No. 95-526 in this docket, the Commission approved, with conditions, the sale of 23 telephone exchanges by U S WEST Communications, Inc., (USWC) to Telephone Utilities of Eastern Oregon, Inc., dba PTI Communications. The Commission also approved transfer of allocated territory from USWC to PTI in that order.
On June 5, 1997, in compliance with Order No. 95-526, USWC filed with the Commission metes and bounds descriptions of the allocated territory involved in this case and remaining with USWC. Staff has reviewed the descriptions and concluded that they are accurate. Staff requests that the Commission issue an order accepting the 23 descriptions.
Conclusions
The Commission concludes that the descriptions are accurate. Inclusion of the descriptions in an order will provide a readily accessible public record description of the allocated territory.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the 23 descriptions provided by USWC, attached to and made a part of this order as Appendix A, are approved and accepted.
