DISPOSITION: ERROR CORRECTED
On April 24, 1997, the Commission issued Order No. 97-156 approving an agreement for interconnection between Max-Tel Communications, Inc., and U S WEST Communications, Inc. Order No. 97-156 incorrectly identified the agreement as being for "wireless" interconnection between the contracting parties. Max-Tel is a reseller of telecommunications service, not a wireless carrier. The word "wireless" was inserted into the order in error and should be deleted.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that any reference to a wireless interconnection is deleted from Order No. 97-156.
