DISPOSITION: INVESTIGATION OPENED; CONSOLIDATED WITH RATE CASE
At its public meeting of November 5, 1996, the Commission received a Staff investigation report detailing certain questionable billing and assessment practices of First Hill Water, Inc. (First Hill). The substantive allegations in the report will be dealt with in a separate order. Staff’s report requested that the Commission open an investigation into First Hill’s charges, fees, and practices, pursuant to ORS 756.515, and consolidate that investigation with First Hill’s rate case, UW 54.
Staff’s request is reasonable and should be granted.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. An investigation shall be opened into First Hill Water, Inc.’s charges, fees, and practices, pursuant to ORS 756.515.
2. This investigation shall be consolidated with UW 54.

A request for rehearing or reconsideration must be filed with the Commission within 60 days of the date of service of this order. The request must comply with the requirements in OAR 860-014-0095. A copy of any such request must also be served on each party to the proceeding as provided by OAR 860-013-0070(2). A party may appeal this order to a court pursuant to ORS 756.580.
