ORDER |
DISPOSITION: METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTIONS ACCEPTED
On October 18, 1996, Telephone Utilities of Oregon, dba PTI Communications, filed Advice No. 168 with an effective date of December 18, 1996. The filing, which was made at the request of PUC staff, contains the metes and bounds descriptions of four PTI telephone exchanges: Long Creek, Silver Lake, Paulina, and Chiloquin.
The Commission considered this matter at its public meeting of November 26, 1996. Staff presented a report making its recommendation that the metes and bounds description be accepted and that an order be issued containing the descriptions. No objection was raised by PTI or by any person residing in the affected exchanges or otherwise having an interest in this matter. The Commission approved Staffs request. Staffs report is attached and incorporated in this order as Appendix A. The metes and bounds descriptions presented by PTI and made part of staffs report are attached as Appendices B, C, D, and E and incorporated in this order.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the metes and bounds descriptions contained in Appendices B, C, D, and E are accepted and incorporated in this order.

A party may request rehearing or reconsideration of this order pursuant to ORS 756.561. A request for rehearing or reconsideration must be filed with the Commission within 60 days of the date of service of this order. The request must comply with the requirements of OAR 860-014-0095. A copy of any such request must also be served on each party to the proceeding as provided by OAR 860-013-0070. A party may appeal this order to a court pursuant to ORS 756.580.
