ORDER |
DISPOSITION: COMPLIANCE ORDERED
At the December 17, 1996, Commission public meeting, Staff presented the attached November 25, 1996, report summarizing its findings and making recommendations to ensure future compliance with electrical code requirements. The report also includes a time schedule for compliance and recommended action should compliance not occur. The actions recommended by staff appear as Appendix A and are incorporated into this order by reference.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that Central Lincoln PUD shall comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in Appendix A.
