DISMISSED AND OCTOBER 31, 1996 NEW GENERAL RATE

APPLICATION SUSPENDED

 

On July 10, 1996, Marina Water Company filed a general rate filing. On

October 31, 1996, the company filed a new general rate application.

 

At its public meeting on November 26, 1996, the Commission adopted Staff’s recommendation which is attached as Appendix A and is incorporated by reference. Appendix A provides background details on these two filings.

 

ORDER

 

IT IS ORDERED that the July 10, 1996, general rate application filed is dismissed and that the new general rate application filed October 31, 1996, is suspended for a period of time not to exceed six months from October 31, 1996.
