On July 1, 1996, Idaho Power Company filed an application seeking authorization for deferral and amortization of certain cancellation payments relating to coal deliveries at the Company’s Valmy Thermal Generating Facility. On October 25, 1996, the Company withdrew its application. No reason exists for the docket to remain open.
