DISPOSITION: WITHDRAWAL OF AGREEMENT ACCEPTED;
DOCKET CLOSED
On March 29, 1996, Pacific Power & Light Company (PP&L) filed a Power Supply Agreement in Advice No. 96-155 to be effective April 30, 1996. In Order No. 96-116, entered May 6, 1996, the Commission suspended the Advice for a period not to exceed six months from April 30, 1996.
On June 7, 1996, the Commission issued Order No. 96-151 allowing the Power Supply Agreement to become effective, subject to certain conditions.
On June 25, 1996, PP&L filed a letter with the Commission requesting that the Power Supply Agreement filed under Advice No. 96-155 be withdrawn from further consideration.
CONCLUSION
There is no reason for further consideration of this matter. The docket should be closed.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that
1. The request for withdrawal of the Power Supply Agreement filed under Advice No. 96-155 is granted.
2. The docket is closed.
