ORDER

On June 18, 1996, Portland General Electric Company (PGE) filed Advice No. 96-10, which establishes a new Schedule 67 offering market-based pricing to commercial and industrial customers. On July 23, 1996, the company filed a revised tariff sheet to clarify the pricing options available under Schedule 67.

At its regular public meeting on July 30, 1996, the Commission decided to allow Schedule 67 into effect with two changes. The first adds language to the "Special Conditions" section of the tariff explaining how PGE will select customers for one service option. The second change, in the "Term of Agreement" section, allows participating customers to choose service under any generally available tariff that allows them, if eligible, to purchase power from a supplier other than PGE after one year.

Attached to this Order are the Staff memorandum describing the terms of Schedule 67, as filed, and the language changes adopted by the Commission.
