DISPOSITION: CERTIFICATION GRANTED; RULING AFFIRMED

 

On March 11, 1996, Administrative Law Judge Allen Scott issued a ruling denying motions for interim relief filed by Todd Meislahn and Michael Atkinson. Mr. Meislahn filed a request for certification to the Commission on March 22, 1996. The Administrative Law Judge certified the matter to the Commission on June 15, 1996.

 

The Commission has reviewed the ruling and filings submitted by Mr. Meislahn and the other parties. We conclude that the Administrative Law Judge’s ruling is correct and should be affirmed. The ruling is attached as Appendix "A" and is incorporated into this order.

 

ORDER

 

IT IS ORDERED the ruling attached to and incorporated into this order as Appendix "A" is affirmed.
