 ERRATA ORDER

 

 

On November 21, 1995, the Commission entered Order No. 95-1217, which adopted numerous rulemaking proposals submitted during the triennial review of the Commission’s administrative rules. The amended rules, including OAR 860-14-070 relating to data requests, were set forth in Appendix A and attached to the order.

 

Subsequent to the issuance of the order, the Commission discovered that the newly amended OAR 860-14-070(1), as set forth in Appendix A, contained a typographical error. Accordingly, Appendix A is corrected to read:

 

Data Requests

860-14-0700 (1) Subject to limitations imposed by the Commission or presiding officer, the Commission, presiding officer, or any party, may submit data requests to any party. Data requests are written interrogatories or requests for production of documents. The data requests shall be answered within 10 Commission business days from the date of service. Each data request shall be answered fully and separately in writing or by production of documents, unless objected to, in which event the objection shall be written in lieu of an answer.

 

All other information in the order remains unchanged.
