ORDER |
DISPOSITION: APPLICATION DISMISSED
On September 22, 1994, Claude Gudge, on behalf of Jett View Acres Water System (Jett), filed an application to sell the water system to David Smith, Brightwood, Oregon. Subsequently, Mr. Smith informed the Commission that he is not willing to buy the system at the price specified by Jett. On January 20, 1995, the Commission informed Jett that the application cannot proceed without a willing buyer. The Commission informed Jett that if Jett does not supplement the application with the name of a willing buyer, the application would be dismissed. Jett has not supplemented the application. The application should be dismissed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
