I've been living in Portland for 13 years and have seen my bill rise the quickest in the last 3 years than the 10 years before it. My concern is Data centers and their extreme energy needs making my bill higher. These costs PGE is requesting should be offset and put onto these power hungry Data centers rather than the over burdened public. As our costs rise, our paychecks do not. As the wealthy reel in profits from these Data centers, the public picks up the bill. The common person in this state is struggling. Please consider these thoughts. Thank you
