2/23/2026 2:55:50 PM	General Comment			Told the transfer from EWEB to Lane Electric would be without any requirements yet the Lane Electric letter sent and dated February 20th mandates agreeing to a very exhaustive, ".. Comply and be bound by the articles of incorporation and bylaws of the Cooperative and any rules and regulations adopted by the board..." Reading the current documents there are mandates such as deposits and credit checks as well as the "open ended" element of "...and any rules and..." These are additional burdens and inappropriate when prior documentation noted the seamless transfer and NOT these steps. It seems account transfers should not mandates these steps. And are not congruent with prior statements.
