11/3/2025 1:52:35 PM	Oppose Docket	Julie	Spencer	Re: Idaho Power rate requests I know you are all busy and this may seem like a minor issue, but it is not to the residents of my area and the surrounding area$, Idaho Power has asked for another rate increase and they seem to be doing this every year. The areas that the company serves in both states are poor and have many senior citizen and low-income residents and these rate increases are very hard on us. The company knows that they have a monopoly on electricity services, so they feel free to continually seek exorbitant rate increases.
