8/5/2025 3:06:22 PM Oppose Docket Christopher Rosenau We’ve already endured high rate increases in the last few years. This year was 5.6%, last year almost 18%. Withover $310 million in net revenue, it seems absurd to hike rates once more. My PGE bill is already over $300 a month (closer to $400). This is highly unaffordable. I make too much for assistance, but not enough to have the rate keep increasing. NO MORE INCREASES.
8/6/2025 9:15:00 AM Oppose Docket Samantha Larson in the last 4 years PGE has raised rates so high its hard for people to afford basic needs like electricity. Raising electricity rates will cause even more of a hardship on people. Between cost of utilities and cost of living people can't afford to even live here anymore. Rates don't need raised they make more than enough money off customers.
8/6/2025 9:37:33 AM Oppose Docket Abigail Hicks I oppose this proposal. Many are already struggling to afford their PGE bills. PGE has hit historic rates of power shut offs due to people being unable to afford their power bills. PGE had earned $313 million just last year according to Google. That is a 37.3% profit gain from the previous year. Its clear PGE is just trying to pad their pockets instead of using the money they already earned to make improvements. Rate increases will especially hurt residents in low income communities who are already in severe financial distress with definitely a lot less in their bank accounts then PGE has. I suggest that the PUC puts a pause on any rate increases until wages increase enough that families aren't having to choose between either their electric bill or a roof over their head.
8/6/2025 4:05:04 PM Oppose Docket Anonymous Anonymous PGE has received two massive rate increases in recent years. They are up almost 50% if not more since 2021. They need to look internally on where to cut cost and save money, not keep asking the public to scrounge up more money to pay for their shortcomings. Its insane how high electric bills are now. Also its a complete monopoly, you can't use another power company. Its either you have power with PGE or no power at all. No to the rate increases.
8/7/2025 9:07:51 AM General Comment Katelyn Goslin As a native Oregonian, I'm close to having to move due to the cost of living. My electric bill has gone up to $400+ a month in the winter - and our heating system is gas! (We have a 1 story modest home). Electricity is a fundamental human need for communities, not a luxury. Average families, like mine, are fighting to stay afloat while PGE is raking in the $. Stop the madness!
8/7/2025 1:57:41 PM Oppose Docket r b I oppose all rate increases - PGE has been raising our rates a lot if you look at the increases on a cumulative amount i now pay as much for my monthly electricity as i did for my monthly house payment PUC and PGE are not being responsible with the grid in our state - The rate increases are not properly being noted to the customers every PGE bill should include a chart showing the rate increases in percentages over the last 2 decades - be more transparent as the jumble of data currently shown is over confusing and in effect not transparent

8/7/2025 3:31:45 PM Oppose Docket Andrea Tessier-Pannell PGE has already increased rates beyond our means. Our electric bill is over 300 a month and we cannot sustain another increase.
