9/30/2025 7:14:31 AM	General Comment	David	Matt	With evolving customer needs and the lack of power demand, Oregon and the entire Country need to allow for more distributed generation and carbon capture technologies. We operate over 100MW of gas powered assets throughout the Country, we hear directly from our customers all of whom are focused on carbon capture. We feel that incorporating the ability for companies to be incentivized by incorporate capture carbon off of their existing gas powered assets, will be a tremendous success. The State will be curbing their CO2 emissions, job growth and helping spur the circular economy. The captured CO2 is then either reutilized in the C&I sector and or sequestered, benefiting those economies from a growth perspective. Creating a carbon capture program throughout the State of Oregon will spur immediate opportunity and see tremendous growth all around.
