The EITE list currently identifies entities by source ID, each with a specific site address and company name. Some companies have multiple locations not currently represented on the EITE list. NW Natural's proposed language for Schedule 169 states "...applicable to all Customers on the Rate Schedules below that are not Emissions-Intensive and Trade-Exposed under the Oregon Climate Protection Program" and Schedule 361 states "These programs are available to Customers with transportation service under Schedules 31, 32, 33, and 60 that are not defined as Emissions-Intensive and Trade Exposed entities under the Oregon Climate Protection Program." Does this program apply to: 1) customers not listed by company name on EITE, or 2) customers not listed by site address on EITE list? How will the program accommodate changes to the EITE list within 2025?
