My husband called the dedicated phone number after I noticed my landline, 541-899-9513, was out at approximately 2:30 pm today, 1/23/2024. I have had no power glitches or power outage. He reported that our line was down as well as 4 other lines for nearby neighbors.The representative, Perla, was very professional and willing to help. After giving all the pertinent information and answering Perla's questions it took another 25 minutes to have the system accept the information and provide the repair ticket # 0243600. It appeared that the system was not connecting properly and every few minutes she would try to enter the information again. The happened several times. I called Century link dedicated repair service number and received ticket # 0240872 Our landline # that has been out of service is: 541-899-3725 I did not receive a date for a technician visit but the support representative said most likely within 24-48 hours.
